Neil Degrasse Tyson Debunks 2012
We understand that there may be a few malingerers still digging their fallout bunkers in anticipation of the End Of The World which has been rescheduled for 2012. For that reason, here is a video snippet of astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson talking to attendees at the 2010 World Science Festival about where he stands on the issue and why we might want to stand in the same spot:
accept the galatic allignment happens once every 26,000 years.. not every year? and i’m just a nineteen year old dropout, consider this, the galactic allignment happens once every 26,000 years, the whole planet x thing, the mayan calender, hopi indian predictions, nostradamus, webot predictions, time wave zero theory, all point to cataclismic events on 2012. Not to mention we’re uncovering more everday. I’m not saying 2012 is going to happen, i’m just saying it atleast has to be consider, even to the most logical mind
